The day featured scientific presentations, a poster session showcasing current research projects, and a guest lecture by Malte Oppermann, who provided valuable insights and stimulated lively discussions. In addition to the scientific presentation, we also had the opportunity to participate in a tutorial on the topic of Light-matter Interactions with a Twist: Circular Dichroism and Circularly Polarized Luminescence of Chiral Molecules. For many of the new researchers, it was their first opportunity to participate in an CRC seminar, making the event an important occasion to become familiar with the collaborative research environment and to connect with colleagues across the network. The seminar offered an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen collaborations, and launch the second funding period with new scientific momentum.
