Women-Only-Retreat, Fraueninsel, Chiemsee

Get together of all females of the research associations CRC 325, the RTG 2620, RTG 2721 and the IDK-PEC on the beautiful island of Frauenchiemsee, Bavaria. Together with the two coaches Nina Severin from theta.berlin and Lisa Horvath we addressed the topic "I have something to say". Provided with different techniques the participants could improve their skills to initiate discussions or negotiations and engage with more strength and confidence. The exchange with the different research associations showed that all female graduates face the same challenges and that different perspectives and sharing experiences is very helpful. In teams the graduates could practice the importance of body language in conversations and that addressing problems directly can sometimes make the difference.
